Target Program
The second phase of our Bridging the Book Gap Program (BBG), a target program taking off within 3 years of the first and parallel to it, is designed to wean the book provisioning away from external/humanitarian funding to autonomous self-sustaining capacity.

To move into the second phase, Spread Corporation will begin a parallel initiative that involves cost sharing with various interest groups, local/state governments and administrations and a series of innovative social entrepreneurship activities in the  benefitting countries that will generate most of the fund to autonomously sustain the program.

The first 5-year piloting of the program is thus an interim phase that will establish the contuour of the structures for and provide the experience
necessary for the successful execution of the subsequent self-sustaining phase of study material acquisition, circulation, and management.
