Submissions are accepted for publication in Insight under the condition that authors agree to transfer copyright of their work to Spread Corporation for all publication purposes and for permanent or temporary archiving.

Insight subscribes to the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities. Hence, all submissions to Insight are accepted only on condition that authors accept the Open Access terms for papers and other materials submitted to this journal, viz:
"The author(s) and right holder(s) of such contributions grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute,
transmit and display the
work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use." Each copy of material so printed must bear the author’s name, the title of the article, the journal, and notice of copyright.

The public is thus granted the right of “fair use" by which is understood that materials are not distributed for profit or commercial advantage, but can be used at no cost for scholarly or educational purposes.

Requests for republication of the work  published in Insight must be directed to the journal editor/s.
